The surplus powders I'm currently using, listed by how I use them, as follows:
WC820 - Lot# 47321 used primarily in the .44 mag and .357 (surplus from 30 carbine loadings, current lots load similar to AA#9))
WC852 - Lot# 47287 used primarily in the 6.5 x 55 (surplus from 30-06 loadings, this slow lot loads like 4831, fast lots load more like 3031)
297 - Lot# 16 used primarily in the .450B (new production OEM mag handgun powder, a grain or two slower than 296/H110)
HPC-18 - Lot# 93-003 used primarily in the .45acp and .38 special (surplus .45acp from Thompson SMG loadings, loads like 231)
WC680 Lot# 47269 used primarily for very heavy bullets in the .44 mag, and to a lessor extent in the .450B, I think this was surplus 7.61 x39 loads like 1680)
I've also used a good bit of WC860, (surplus 50 BMG), However, I don't have any with me in South Carolina as it is too temp sensitive for the south. And I own a jug of surplus #7, (surplus 12 gauge), which I rarely use as it meters so poorly.
I'd be happy to answer questions concerning the lot #s above if you happen across any of them.
