see they have updated their website for selling bullets as a component for both AR's and bolt guns.

not the cheapest but decent for a premium bullet.

Its odd that their literature doesn't contain a ballistic table for the AR version. Just the Hi-Vel and Big Game variants. Both of which are for bolt actions and single shot rifles only. Image

Very "Barnes-like" performance.

Awkward way of posting specs. I agree.

Has anyone loaded for these yet? Just starting reloading for the 450 and debating buying a few to try to in my Ruger American. The BC is intriguing.

I have tried to stay away from the FTX since I’ve had some issues with them. I went to the Barnes 250 (both for the Bushmaster and the .460) even though they were not as accurate as the FTX’s. I have used the Barnes for years but was hunting a bean field this year and wanted to stretch out the distance since I purchased a 3-15x scope. I managed to kill a deer at 250 yards but even at that range the bullet came apart so I ordered the Bear Creek Ballistic’s 240gr for the AR. It comes with load data which I thought was nice. I only bought one box of 20 to give them a try, so I loaded up 3 and shot them at 100 yards. I shot the best group I’ve ever shot! I also ordered a box of the HV for my bolt gun and shot the best group that the gun has ever fired. I have a new bullet!!
