Just a return email would have been nice.

Waiting sucks I know, but seems to be common in the gun industry. I'm at 9 weeks myself on a 6.5 Swede barrel for my T/C Encore.

yeah but were you given a heads up that it would take a long time? bushmaster didnt send one bit of info saying it would take a while, and doesnt respond to emails asking how long. i think thats more the issue than how long it is taking.

I canceled the order, enough is enough. Following is the email I sent, although I doubt anyone bothers to read it. I'll cancel by phone also and see if these incompetent uncaring bastards understand the human voice.

Please cancel my order, order confirmation number xxxxxx. I asked for an estimated delivery date on May 12 through email, I never received a response. I will not be left hanging wondering when something I purchased will arrive, especially when customer service doesn't seem to care enough to answer my email. I have bought this product somewhere else, and if I hadn't already stocked up on ammunition in anticipation of your shipment I would have bought a .458 socom or .50 beowulf. I doubt I ever buy another bushmaster product again, and I have two. Following is my order info along with the email I sent you on May 12.

I called to make sure my order was canceled. The guy said he tried to email me but it kept being returned.

Funny that the original order confirmation wasn't returned and I receive email from all over with no problem.

I know that you're bushmaster's number one fanboy, but surely even you can recognize the poor customer service that Bushmaster has been displaying. You can read about it all over the internet.

I'm buying from them. I'm not supposed to have to jump through hoops. They are.

There is no way I can ignore my customers like they do.
