Brian, great info here to hear... but $50 for a pair of sig556's or $16 a mag for the BM singleshot, no tilt, blue followers was a "no brainer" for me 8-) ...and free GI mags! 8-)

note the BM blue followers peeking out the top of the GI mags ;)

The blue followers from Bushy are located in the parts sections under competition parts and accessories. They are a blue single shot follower and cost $13.95.

Has anybody had better luck tan me with the sinclair aluminum followers in a G.I. 30rd mag like this:

I bought a couple of them when my local gun shop had them on clearance thinking why not and maybe they will out last the plastic ones(the aluminum ones are a little overkill in hindsight). I do gotta say I love my sig mags and thanks to gunnut for the idea of using my cammenga easymag.

I saw a thermold 30 rd magazine in the local shop for $15. I bought it, knowing I could use it for my future 223 if it didn't work. I took it out yesterday, and it fed beautifully except the last round, so it's time to make the follower mod. I don't know if there is a downside to these nylon mags, but what I liked the best about it, is no scrapes on the brass from feeding.

Anyone have access to an MGW 90 rounder? It seems the Beowulf guys can fit 34 rounds in it. If anybody does have one can you tell me how many of the .450 rounds will fit.Thanks.

also I wonder if these would work reliably as oppose to modding a G.I. mag or using the sig mags.
