Congrats on a nice buck!! I'd take that one every year from now on.
I haven't tagged one with the 450 yet this year, did get a doe with the MZ earlier.

Like many of you guys my son-in-law I have a newly built 450BMs with a Tromix 18" lightweights also. We hunted the first 3 days of the gun deer season but no joy! I am returning to the woods tomorrow for some more fun... I'm just itching to see what this caliber will do. We are using factory 250 ftx right now but I am very interested in what a jacketed 230-240g flat nose would do? I have harvested a lot of deer with a 44mag. 250g Keith style lead cast bullets and I believe the terminal ballistics are similar. The large diameter flat nose bullets are great and only slight expansion is needed...and again good luck to all the deer hunting bushmasters out there!

What type of break is that? I have family in the Lansing area. I think it's time for a change of scenery. I'm going to go to Michigan and shoot a deer this year.
